Field Selection

This page allows you to preview and select fields from your PDFs before conversion. Use the individual file actions in the Files page for actual field selection and conversion.
Go to Files to Select Fields

Use the "Extract Fields" or "Convert to Excel" buttons on individual files to select fields.

How Field Selection Works
Form Fields

If your PDF has fillable form fields, these will be automatically detected and available for selection.

Text Patterns

For PDFs without form fields, the system will look for text patterns like "Label: Value" to identify potential fields.

  • Merge Files: Combine multiple PDFs into one Excel file with selected fields
